When you receive your credit card statement it will show us as AVW. Please do not refuse the payment!!!! Name Puzzles 4 Kids is a wholly owned subsidiary of AVW.
We do not use any personal information for any reason. Your order is deleted from our computers immediately after printing.
Name Puzzles are shipped via UPS or United States Postal Service.
If you are not satisfied with your order or there has been a miss-spelling on our end we will gladly refund the full price of the puzzles minus the shipping AFTER receipt of the merchandise. You must notify us via e-mail. There will be no returns without a Return Number we will issue you.
We accept Visa and Master Card or you may pay via personal check or money order. If paying by check expect your order to be delayed by as much as 10 days to allow your check to clear our bank.
